I will be making a vexel art of a famous public figure that I idolized, Atty. Larry Gadon. He has a great character and a good example of a smart and witty Filipino leader. So to start, I imported a photo of him to Adobe Illustrator

Let's see how close @baa.steemit gets to duplicating Larry Gadon. Using Adobe Illustrator, he begins the task of replicating this attorney. Quite an interesting way to draw! Have you ever utilized Adobe Illustrator?

It has been painful to watch STEEM tumble down the cryptocurrency markets over the past couple of months.
It hovered around the No. 30 position for a long while but has since fallen into the 40s bracket and now is fast approaching No.50... (currently sat at No.48). This is a worry

Monday Motivation- Plugged In

Earlier today we had a power outage where I live. The frequency of these outages have increased in recent times, yet this one caught me somewhat off guard. My laptop battery was low. My cell phone's battery was even lower and my Kindle the lowest of all. And there I was with time to make use of these devices after a very busy period but they were about to leave me high and dry.

Poetry Sunday: Siege

In 2005, I took a 15-day break from soldiering in Iraq to tour Germany with my wife. She flew into Frankfurt and met me there. We then took a train to Berlin and spent a day or two there before moving on to Hamburg. From Hamburg we went Cologne. Following the Rhine, we moved south to Heidelberg before making our way to Bavaria. We wrapped up our tour by dropping in on Augsburg and visiting Neuschwanstein Castle, and, finally, Rothenburg ob ter Tauber

After this trip, @blockurator shares a very fitting poem to go along with the events of this journey he'd just returned from over a decade ago. This poem is a tribute to the most interesting small towns all over the world.

Chicken Kiev For Dinner

Today I had two organ lessons at church and after that some free time before a harmony class at the Cathedral. I used this time to have dinner at the restaurant. Chicken Kiev and fruit tea was excellent choice in this cold weather.

@laputis finds comfort in dinner after a long day. See how she enjoys the simplest things, including a fabulous meal, to end her day. Oh and the fruit tea looks divine!

Steemauto Curation Trail

	The new curation trail is active and running! If you would like to support your fellow Qurites or just earn some extra curation feel free to join our curation trail that is active on Steemauto. Steemauto guide and registration info

We suggest not following the trail with 100%, steemauto has 2 ways of following a trail, static or scaled. We suggest using SCALED instead of static since static votes can add up quickly and drain VP very fast. We suggest using scaled and then maybe around 25%.

Steemauto can show us who is currently on the trail and at what percentage. Looking forward to see more Qurites joining the trail in the near future! We also reward the team players and there might be a nice surprise for a lucky trailer. =P
