My version of Pork Steak

Howdy Steemians! Happy Monday to everyone. Hope all is well with you. As usual my day was overloaded , with chores and momma duties. Gladly i have this time right now to quickly make a post since kiddos' dinner's done and they're busy watching Inside Out movie now while breastfeeding. So i have to multi task , LOL


Alright, so what do i have for you today guys. I would like to share this food i cooked today. Again, please excuse my trying hard food photos haha, but i tried my best. Also this is my participation in @qurator's Tasty Tuesday #65 .So here it goes.


Pork Steak

Ingredients

3 pieces chopped pork
6 pieces kalamansi
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 medium sized onions
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups water
1 tsp magic sarap
1 tsp sugar

How did i cooked it

In a frying pan , i fried the pork until it's slightly brown. Set aside. Then in another cooking pot i mixed all other ingredients , soy sauce , kalamansi , water, black pepper , sugar , magic sarap and onion. Let it simmer for 3 minutes. Then add up the fried pork. Simmer for another 2 minutes. Served hot.

There you go, it's very simple, and if you've noticed i cooked only 3 pieces of pork because that's enough for me and my hubby. Don't wanna have left overs, so most of the time i just cook what's enough for the two of us. My kiddos always have their separate 'stewed anything' or a soup. So there, hope you all have a wonderful time ahead

Awesome! I am going to try this! We love cooking just about as much as we like eating! I'm still trying to learn how to cook for only two. Even living on a boat and knowing we don't have much room for left-overs, I always cook too much.
