“Travel and tell no one, live a true love story and tell no one, live happily and tell no one, people ruin beautiful things.”

Times have changed.

We travel and try to tell everyone.

Why?

Because peoples attention can be turned into wealth, which allows us to travel even more.

Is it really the traveling which makes all those travel blogs so seemingly successful or more that we like the people behind it, which makes us come back and see what they are up to and especially where they are now and what adventures they are up to?

When I was following a couple of blogs it was a mix between everything mentioned above.

The where made me interested in the first place, but shortly after that I needed some sympathie or hate for the person.

Even when the content was repetitive I was still following the person.

I guess this is why "realitiy" TV is such an hit.
Why I think it is lowest form of TV, the Kardashians are in there 16th season.

And no...I dont accept this is a good show

Quality does not equal success

Success does not equal quality

But all the people I follow put quite a bit of themselves out there, talking about there short comings, fears and of course wins as everybody loves a good underdog story..

Sort:

For some people who live somewhat ordinary lives, they tend to live vicariously through others making entertainment the cheapest for of a “getaway.”

Yeah I think so as well

I agree with you and think, that the personality is about 90 % of the reason, to follow someone's travels. Either it is the humor, a special kind of viewing ankle or just the optical attraction.

If one would only like to see far-off places, you can find those pictures everywhere around.

Maybe it is also seeing someone living the life we would like to have even if it is only some aspects of it.

That is an important aspect as well, I agree.

Sometimes we produce quality but they really do not guarantee success for us, expecially seeing the fact that life's basically can be unfair, hardwork doesn't guarantee returns or reward

No it does not but increases the odds

Urlaub hin oder her
