The first edition of Curation Corner went well. At least I thought it did. I guess our listeners have the final say on that ultimately. Feel free to weigh in.

@artemisnorth and I were delighted to welcome @rhondak on as our first guest. @rhondak is one of the admins of @thewritersblock. We were really interested in hearing more about the upcoming changes at the block. In addition to the TWB discord, a yet unnamed new frontend is being developed along with the first mainstream publishing house on the blockchain. When SMTs arrive, a coin is in the works.

@artemisnorth was able to ask some very thoughtful questions from the perspective of a person who is new to TWB and wanting to understand what is going on.

We asked @damianjayclay to weigh in with a description of the Chicago Workshops which will be taking place in TWB. I sat in on one recently, it was really interesting.

Interesting and exciting times ahead for @thewritersblock for sure.

We also talked about the work of @shanibeer who @artemisnorth had curated in the Fiber Ramble recently and what about the work had caught her eye.

Coming Up Next Week

Joining us next week will be @enginewitty, the head of @thealliance and a Steem Witness. Among the many things that @enginewitty does on the platform and for @thealliance is exploring the posts of the family members to find the outstanding ones to bring more attention to.

We’ll be looking forward to him sharing some of those and what made them stand out to him as he combed through posts curating them.
