Todays task: Certificate of Occupancy



So these next 2 weeks there is a lot going on. I'm working to get the home inspection done before closing in 2 weeks, I leave for Vacation on Saturday ( which is definitely needed) and making changes to my schedule to help me manage time and work on bookkeeping to keep finances in order. Also making sure that the Laundromat is fully staffed and can handle our absence in the meantime.

So today I went to our towns city hall and set up my appointment for this Wednesday and will move this thing along to get to the goal. This will be my 1st house and I've learned so much as an agent and as a seller. So this process should help me help individuals who are pursuing their homeownership goals. And I think as a good communicator that I can really relay what needs to be said to a client to give them a comprehensive understanding of the home buying process. So as always I will stay updating.
