Housing Bear Who Called 2018 Slowdown Says Worst Yet to Come

James Stack called the housing bubble in 2005, just months before it crashed is back at it again.

In early 2018, he called for the real estate market to turn down. Not long after, home builders suffered 10 straight losing days and were down 33% on the year.

Now he says that 2019 will be another tough year from the market. While he says it is hard to tell if this is a bubble, the damage is done. Even if interest rates do fall, he says the damage is done. Homebuyers question the affordability.
