Found Some Awesome Maps from 1972!
We bought a house with a lot of stuff in it the other day. You can see the full video of it below.
Sometimes we get houses with a lot of stuff, and this was one of them! My wife and I went through a lot of it, and found some interesting stuff. There were a ton of rocks, which my son loved.
We also found some maps. The coolest map was of the area I live in: Northern Colorado. It is from 1972. It was really cool to see what Greeley looked like in 1972 compared to today.
Greeley is about three times as big now. The population today is over 100,000. In 1972 it had about 40,000 people. This map will be framed for my new office for sure! Here is the entire map.

Very fun. You should see if the local library or museum has interest in the maps if you do not want to keep them. How cool would it be to frame and put in your new real estate office.

The maps are a treasure on their own. Maps are one of topics I like.
Real Estate is a long term investment prices normally go up if not exponentially but decently, but one has to keep patience you will not be able to encash with ease like in equity market
