Back in 2003 I was buying flips with my dad. We would buy them from the foreclosure sale, which could be risky. On one deal, we bought a house that we should have known was trouble. It turned out to be a meth house.

If that was not bad enough, the house was set on fire shortly afterward. It turned out to be a good thing that the house caught fire but we didn't know it at the time.
