Progress Video on a Flip I Have Had for Over a Year
I bought this flip over one year ago, but we still have a ways to go before it is complete. The reason it took so long to complete this flip is we had to add part of the neighbor's lot to this lot to make it conforming. We also had to buy a water tap and replace the septic system which took a lot of time. The house should still make money, but I am not sure all the time and effort has been worth it. The house was bought for $175,000 and we hope to sell it for over $350,000. The water tap alone cost more than $30,000. We also have done a ton of work inside with a new kitchen, finishing some of the basement, and more. We will have an update when the property is complete and sells.

It is a crazy process! They kept changing what they wanted.
They might have wanted payoffs. :( I wish productive people like you ran things instead of crooked politicians.
