What Will Cause The Next Recession?
In three out of the last four recessions, unforeseen events were the trigger. In only one, 1982, was there an obvious cause of a recession that one could see.
While this is true, there were actions taken preceding all recessions that forewarned of what was to take place.
Economic cycles are not a one way street. They do not go straight up. Instead, there is the ebb and flow. Growth is follow be recession which is followed by growth.
