Chyou's Paneer

INGREDIENTS
two cups sliced paneer
sesame seeds for rolling
quarter cup cornflour
four tbsp plain flour
half tsp soy sauce
salt to your preference
oil for deep-frying
PROCESS
Blend the cornflour, plain flour, soya sauce, salt and approx. four and half tbsp of water in a deep bowl and blend well to make a smooth batter.
Dip each sliced paneer in the prepared batter and roll in the sesame seeds until they are evenly coated from all the sides.
Heaten up the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep-fry, a few paneer slices at a time, on a medium flame, until they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
Serve hot with schezuan sauce.
