Pasta in Cheese Sauce

Ingrediends

• 55 g butter;
• 45 g of flour;
• 720 ml of milk;
• 480 ml of water;
• 1 teaspoon salt;
• 250 grams of pasta;
• 3 cups grated cheese;
• ¼ cup of breadcrumbs;
• A handful of parsley.

Method

1. While the oven is heating up, prepare a simple bechamel sauce. Melt the butter and add flour to it. The finished mixture is then diluted with milk, which should be added in portions so that there are no lumps.

1. When the milk is poured, dilute the sauce with water, add salt with freshly ground pepper and leave it to boil over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, until the mixture begins to thicken. Next, add the pasta and cook them no more than a minute, do not forget to stir.

1. Cover with pasta and sauce, cover with foil and send to bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. When you get the dish out of the oven, the sauce will seem watery. However, you should add grated cheese and mix everything well, as it will get perfect thickness and appetizing creepiness.

1. Now sprinkle the dish on top with another couple of tablespoons of cheese, add breadcrumbs and send everything under the grill until the surface is browned.

1. The dish can be tried 5 minutes after you get it out of the oven. It is better to eat macaroni and cheese right away, because over time they absorb too much sauce and become very soft.
