Nyala's Spicy Mix

INGREDIENTS:

eight teaspoons pure chile powder
five teaspoons sweet paprika
one tablespoon salt
one teaspoon ground coriander
half teaspoon ground ginger
quarter teaspoon ground cardamom
quarter teaspoon ground fenugreek
quarter teaspoon ground nutmeg
quarter teaspoon ground allspice
quarter teaspoon ground cloves

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put and beat together all ingredients.

Store in airtight container.
