Put cashew nuts, raisins and saffron milk in kheer and keep it running in a little while. Kheer gets ready for about 12-14 minutes after frying on low flame and becomes thick. Put sugar and cardamom powder in kheer and cook for 1-2 minutes. Kheer is ready, turn off the gas, remove the kheer in a bowl and make finely chopped cashew nuts and almonds.
