How To Make Capsicum Patties...

Hello Wonderful Steem Community,

When I got home from work last night, I could smell the aroma from the kitchen. Unfortunately in our area there was a power outage. So I couldn't guess what to make in the kitchen. But when the flashlight was turned on the stove, it looked like a different kind of cam. I asked my wife about it. She said it was Capsicum Patties. Patties, so we've all heard, times, and seen. But the Capsicum Patties are a little unfamiliar, right? Anyway, here's how to make fish chili patties. We were unable to take photos because there was no electricity. This recipe was fully taught by my Wife. Please note that this is not my own creation.

Capsicum patties are easy to make. It was delicious. Even children and adults will like it very much.

Ingredients

Capsicum
A can of salmon
Finely chopped country onion
05 Raw chili
Crushed ginger, garlic
About 4 to 5 potatoes
Curry leaves
A piece of cinnamon
Slices of Turmeric, Peppermint and Pepper
Salt according to taste
A few crushed cardamom pods
A few chili chips
Oil to fry
1 or 1.5 cups of flour
Two tablespoons of butter
The quantity of chilled water needed

How to make

Wash the capsicum and leave it in a mildly hot water container for about 10 minutes. Now take the capsicum capsules one by one and stretch them out to fill them in. Put it aside. Now wash the potatoes and boil them. Open the salmon tin and remove its liquid. Then chop the salmon.

Put a clay jar in the pot and put the oil on the temp. When the oil is heated, add the crushed ginger, garlic, curry leaves, rampe, cinnamon, pepper, onion and pepper. Add turmeric, pepper, chili chips and salt and mix well. Now add the potatoes and salmon and stir again with a spoon. Cook for a little while. Remove from the well for a while. Freeze the mixture. Fill this mixture with pre cut Capsicum. Also, don't forget to remove the cinnamon and cardamom pieces that fill up. Fill in all the Capsicum and set aside.

Now let's make Patty's Doe. Add the flour, butter, and salt to the patties dough and stir in the chilled water. Do not add too much water. If the water is too much, add some more flour. The well-worn patties are soft. Now put this dough on a sprinkler board and thin as much as possible. Now cut the strips here. Now take the fish fillets one by one and paste the cut into strips. Place an oil pan and fry it in deep fat. Give me a taste.
