INGREDIENTS
one (fifteen ounce) can black-eyed peas
one (fifteen ounce) can black beans
one (fifteen ounce) can whole kernel corn
half cup sliced onion
half cup fifteen green bell pepper
one (four ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers
one (fifteen ounce) can diced tomatoes
one cup Italian-style salad dressing
half teaspoon garlic salt

In a medium sized bowl, mix black-eyed peas, black beans, corn, onion, green bell pepper, jalapeno peppers and tomatoes. Season with Italian-style salad dressing and garlic salt; stir well. Wrap, and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
