half onion
one teaspoon minced garlic
half lime
one teaspoon salt
quarter cup canned sliced green chiles
three tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Put the tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, green chiles, and cilantro in a blender or food processor. Mix on low to desired consistency.
