Cake with apricots on yogurt

Ingredients


  • 250 ml of kefir;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 180 g of sugar;
  • 50 g of butter;
  • 250 g of flour;
  • ½ teaspoon of soda;
  • pinch of vanillin;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 12-15 apricots.

Preparation



Mix kefir, eggs, sugar and cooled down melted butter. In a separate container, combine the flour, soda, vanillin and salt. Add the flour mixture to the liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Cut the apricots in half, take out the bones and divide the halves into two parts. In a baking dish, place a third of the dough and spread a third of the apricots on top. Repeat the layers twice more. Thus, apricots are evenly distributed during baking.

Put the cake in a preheated oven for 180 ° C for 40-45 minutes. Turn off, open the door and leave the dessert for 15 minutes to cool down.
