Supreme omelette recipe

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons of cream of milk
• ½ cup of grated mozzarella cheese
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• ½ cup of mushrooms cut into slices.
• 5 eggs
• ¼ cup of ham cut into 2-cent cubes
• Cherry tomatoes
• Salt and pepper to taste
  
  

Preparation

In a medium skillet, melt a tablespoon of Butter and smother the mushrooms with the cherry tomatoes for two minutes. Remove from the pan and reserve. Meanwhile, in a deep bowl beat the eggs with the Cream of Milk and season with salt and pepper to taste. In the same pan, melt the rest of the butter over medium heat, add the beaten eggs and mix gently with a heat-resistant spatula until the omelette begins to compact. Stop stirring and continue cooking until you have the desired point. On one side of the omelette, distribute the mushrooms, tomatoes, ham and cheese, fold it in half and cook for a few more seconds or until the cheese melts.
