Ingredients
- 30 g of chick pea;
- 60 g of canned beans;
- ¼ avocado;
- 1 large tomato;
- 100 g of spinach;
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Preparation
Chick the duck for 8-12 hours, then boil until cooked. Avocado and tomato slice. Fry spinach in a frying pan with a tablespoon of water and cool. Mix all ingredients, season with oil.
