Salad with tomatoes, mozzarella and peppers
Ingredients
- 250 g of tomatoes;
- 100 g of mozzarella balls;
- 250 g of green and red peppers;
- 1 bunch of basil;
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar;
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon seasoning "Italian herbs";
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 1 clove of garlic.
Preparation
Cut the tomatoes in small slices, and mozzarella in cubes. Cut peppers into thin long pieces. Add chopped basil. Mix the vinegar, oil, seasonings and chopped garlic. Pour the salad dressing and mix well.
