Passion fruit juice
This recipe is very economical, since it uses the seeds and the shell of the passion fruit in addition, the taste is very pleasant to the palate, and a tip that I learned from @gardenofeden that is to place a touch of vinegar, I use vinegar apple and it gives a spectacular taste.
Ingredients:
passion fruit
Sugar (the amount depends on the amount of passion fruit)
Water
Apple cider vinegar (or white)
- I used 2 large passion fruit and gave me a liter of juice
preparation:
Wash the patches very well, remove the seeds, reserving them and put water to boil along with the shells to soften, let cool, then in the blender place the shells, next to the seeds, sugar and water, and the touch of vinegar of Apple.
The liquids very well, it is very thick and more mineral water is placed giving it the thickness that is to your liking.
The last thing is to pass the juice through a sieve, ready.
The quantities depends on the passion fruit to use, the other ingredients are to the taste of each one of the people who prepare it.
