Mango Cheesy Cake Making Recipe. Attractive And Delicious

Cake is a very popular fast food. Almost every occasion we use to eat cake. I already shared many recipe of cake before it. In this post, I am going to share a different types of cake. It is called "Mango cheesy cake".

Mango cheesy cake has combined taste of mango and cheese with attractive mango flavor. Mango cheese cake can be made in different ways. Here's a recipe of it. This cake has a attractive look with butter crust bellow and delicious jelly above it.

Before start, let's take a look some info about it:-

Let's start the main part of the recipe.
Ingredients list :-

For the crust

  • Digestive biscuit powder: One and half cup
  • Pieces of butter: Half cup

For filling:-

  • Powdered sugar: One cup
  • Thick curd:- 3 cup
  • Two cups of cheese (cream cheeses)
  • Half a cup of water
  • 10 grams of Chinese grass
  • Smashed mango:- One Cup
  • Vanilla essence:- 2 table spoons

For Glaze

  • Colored chocolate
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Condensed milk
  • China grass
  • Vanilla extract
    Note:- Take all the glaze making ingredients as quantity. If glaze is left after use no problem. You can store it for further use.

    Steps of making the crust:-
    Step 1
    Powdered the biscuits and put in a big bowl. Mix well with butter.

Step 2
Sprinkle the mixture in a plain pan and put it in refrigerator for half an hour.

Filing making process:-
Step 1
Make small pieces of china grass and keep it in half cup of water for a few minuets. Make it melted in a pan by heating it in stove, but do not make it blowing.

Step 2
Mix the cheese and curd into a blender or food processor.

Step 3
Take another pan and put the smashed mango in it. Keep it in low heat but do not make it blow. Mix china grass with it. Rubbing the mixture occasionally. Now mix it with curd and cheese mixture.

Step 4
Beat the mixture with sugar and vanilla extract well.

Step 5
Spread it across the crust and refrigerate it again for three to four hours. The cheese cake it almost ready.

Steps of making the glaze:-
Step 1
Take all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir it in medium heat.

Step 2
When it starts to boiling, reduce the heat to three-four minutes.

Step 3
Cool down and cool down.

Step 4
Spread this mixture on the cheese cake.

Step 5
Leave it for two to three hours.

Step 6
After that cut and serve.
