Potatoes pakora recipe... Quick and easy.
Many types of foods can be made from potatoes, chap or pakora etc. Here a delicious cook recipe is given.

Ingredients
- Potato, medium size: 2 pcs
- Onion: 1
- Green chili: Two pcs
- Coriander leaf chopped: 1 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Fried cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Pea-flour: 3 teaspoons
- Rice powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt amount: quantity
- Oil: For frying
- Water: Very little
Steps
Step 1
First of all, take out the potato Peel and chopped it well and mix 1/2 teaspoon salt and keep it for 1 hour.
Step 2
Cut the rest of the ingredients and keep ready.
Step 3
Wash the potatoes by water and then dry the water.
Step 4
Now mix potatoes and other ingredients together.
Step 5
Now heat oil in a pan and put the mixture of potato. Fry it on the submerged oil. It is served with tomato sauce.
