豆酱焖鱼

嗨,大家好!今天我要为大家介绍的是一道简单、美味又富含营养的食谱。

材料


鱼 ∼ 350克
咸豆酱 ∼ 1茶匙
食油 ∼ 1汤匙
盐 ∼ ⅓小匙
姜 ∼ 15克
蒜米 ∼ 20克
甜酱油 ∼ 1½小匙

食材准备

  1. 首先将鱼的鳞片和内脏去掉洗干净。

  2. 将蒜米去皮洗净,然后切成蒜末备用。

  3. 将姜去皮洗净切成厚丝。

  4. 将咸豆酱放入小碗中,用汤匙压扁备用。

煮法

  1. 首先将锅烧热,然后放入食油。

  2. 等待油烧热后,把盐、蒜末、姜和咸豆酱放入锅内以中火煎一分钟左右。

  3. 然后就把鱼放入锅煎,并盖上锅盖。

  4. 一分钟后,打开锅盖将鱼翻面。然后再盖上锅盖继续煎。

  5. 大概一分钟后,打开锅盖。将半杯水倒入,盖上锅盖让鱼焖熟。

  6. 大概五分钟左右,就可以打开锅盖,然后倒入甜酱油,搅均即可。

  7. 把鱼拿出放入盘中。一盘香喷喷的豆酱焖鱼就可以上桌了。
