LCHF recipe: Chickenpesto with mushrooms!

Hey everybody!!

I followed an LCHF diet a few times now and I have to say it actually works quite good. LCHF stands for Low Carbs High Fat. You try to almost dont eat carbs at all but instead eating products with a lot of fat. In this case your body will burn fat to get energy and you will lose weight. In this article I will give you a LCHF-recipe for Chickenpesto with mushrooms!

You need the following products:

  • 600 gram chicken breast
  • 150 gram green pesto (that one has less carbs then red)
  • 3 deciliter Cream
  • 200 gram feta cheese
  • 200 gram mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove
  • (Sallad if you want for on the side)

And then you follow the following steps:

  1. Cut the chicken in small pieces, put some salt, pepper and the finecut garlic clover on it and fry them in a pan.

  2. Mix the pesto and Cream in a bowl together.

  3. Cut the mushrooms a bit smaller and fry even them in a pan.

  4. Cut the feta cheese in small pieces (if its not already in small pieces)

  5. Put everything in an oven dish, put over the pesto-cream sauce and heat it for like 40 min on 200 degrees.

I really love this dish and you can eat it like it is or you can choose to add some sallad to make it more diverse.
