Recipe: food from potatoes ( part 1 )

Baked young potatoes.

Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes,
4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil,
1-2 tsp. mustard, 3-4 cloves of garlic,
1/2 lemon,
by a pinch of basil,
Oregano and rosemary (you can take fresh ones),
1/2 tsp. paprika,
salt,
a little red hot pepper.

Method of preparation: mix in a large deep bowl of vegetable oil, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, paprika and dried herbs passed through the press. Potatoes should be thoroughly washed and cleaned. Cut into 4 parts (if a large tuber, interesting recipes, then at 8). Peel potatoes in a fragrant mixture, mix well. Salt and pepper a little with hot pepper. Mix again. Cover the pan with baking paper or foil. Lay the potatoes in one layer (otherwise it will not be baked). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake until golden brown for about 40 minutes. Several times the potatoes need to be prevented.
Advice: for this dish it is better to take small tubers about the same size.
