Potato fritters.

Ingredients:
5 potatoes,
1 onion,
2 tablespoons starch,
1 egg,
70 g of soft cheese,
vegetable oil.
For sauce: 250 ml of sour cream, dill, 1-2 cloves of garlic, salt.

Method: peel potatoes and grate with onions. Drain the excess juice. Add egg, salt, starch, cheese. Mix. Fry from two sides in oil until golden brown. Serve with sour cream sauce. To do this, sprinkle the sour cream, squeeze out the garlic and add finely chopped dill. Mix.

Advice: a slightly salted red fish is suitable for these pancakes.
