Carrot - 500 grams (½ kg) grated

Sugar - 1 cup (250 gms)
Cashew Powder - ½ cup

Cardamom - 5-6
Full cream milk - 1 cup

Method -

Once the carrot is dry properly, mix cashew powder, cashew pieces, cardamom powder and mix it. Barfi is ready, turn off the gas. Take a plate, grease it and grease it. Now put carrot barfi in this plate and spread it, spreading the same, add the chopped pistachios, and garnish it. Keep Barfi cold for cooling and after cooling and frying, serve it after cutting it into favorite pieces.
