Ingredients


  • 80 g pumpkin;
  • 70 ml of water;
  • 3 g dry yeast;
  • 300 grams of wheat flour;
  • 1 teaspoon salt;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • 10 g butter.

Cooking



Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and turn into a mashed potatoes in a blender. Add water and whisk again. In a separate container, mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar, add pumpkin mixture and softened butter in advance.

Knead the dough to a dense homogeneous consistency and place it in a greased container. Cover the dough with a dry towel or cling film and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. During this time, heat the oven to 220 ° C and prepare a baking dish lined with baking paper.

After the dough rises, form a loaf of it , place it in the prepared form and leave in a warm place for another 40-50 minutes. Now that the dough is completely cooked, it can be placed in the oven. Bake pumpkin bread for 50 minutes. Cool the finished product on the grid.
