Hello!
Very simple recipe for You!
What we need to cook:
4-5 potatoes
flour
1 egg
salt
pepper (ground)
oil
(these pictures were taken from Google pictures)
How to cook:
- Grate potatoe, took away "the water" that occurs after it
- add an egg - mix
- add flour just to make it thicker
- add salt and pepper
- warm the pan with a little amount of oil
- cook on te medium heat under the lid
