Relational Intelligence.
What is intelligence? In my own understanding, it is the ability to receive information, process it, and then distil it in a way that affects you and others positively.
Relational Intelligence talks about the intelligence in relating with fellow people. You can say, it is the ability to create or sustain relationships by the way you positively influence them too. Relationship is a two way street; you give as much as you also take from such a person and this is why it won't seem like a burden to the other party. The ability to relate more with people and still keep your relevance is great.
It is impossible for you to survive without a relationship, that is the truth. When i mean relationship, i am not talking about your relationship with a lady or a guy that leads into marriage. I am talking about your relationship of value that you hold in high esteem. You can't do without people. No man is an island of knowledge and no man knows it all. Relationship is vital in life.
With one advent of relationship, i mean a positive one, you can have your life turned around overnight. Dreams of yesteryears can come rushing to the surface with a great desire of accomplishment. You soon smell like the company you keep.
