Israel and ideological dust

in #religion5 years ago

I hate nationalism. I hate that behind almost every statement in the media lies a generic face like that of a smug Israeli who repeats a few hateful mantras; Despicable but disastrous, because they lured "our best sons" into bloody wars, and they continue to fix us daily within our national anomalies.

I hate people who believe that they are the chosen people only because they were born into a mythology that emphasizes this idea, and there is a greatness, stupidity, or very great evil, or some of them together. Why are they so sure they are better than others? Why are others wrong? Did they have visions that others did not have? Where is the security? How does the faith of every son of another fall from that of the Jews? How adults continue to believe that they are the chosen people, the most successful, like a baby who believes what his mother says, that he is the most successful child in the world.

The beauty of Israel is like the beauty of a fresh pile of feces that has just been thrown by the neighbor's dog, usually in the center of the sidewalk, a respectable pile of food and gastrointestinal strength.

I loathe the political chatter that seems to reflect the choices of this people, whether it goes to the right or to the left, when both sides spread out a platform full of lies. I hate talking about "peace," a meaningless term, just like religion. The problem here is not the lack of peace. The problem is that Israelis are so convinced that they are right in their own way, until they believe their own blunt lies. Perhaps it can be called "excessive self-confidence" on the collective level. Israelis so want to remain Israelis, without understanding what it means. Perhaps they mainly think that being an Israeli is to prove to the world that they are better than others, because this is the central ideology that motivates the State of Israel. And the goal of all wars is to preserve this ideology. It is clear that in order to continue the status quo, we must preserve the tension of hatred, both in Israel and in the world, and therefore the goal of reaching a stable political safe haven is from us.

Different peoples live in what is called the State of Israel (within the "Green Line"), but of course only one people and only one interpretation of the religious, ethnic and ideological essence of this one people - only those that the state needs to serve. A straight line stretches from the struggle over the national home of 1948 to the present day and from the days of distant history, to which we have dim evidence, to the beginnings of modern Zionism. A straight line stretches from Jewish mythology to the Israeli ethos of the 21st century. Straight lines, safe, not looking sideways.

Therefore, all the political programs, both right and left, define a clear demographic goal, according to which the State of Israel should have a "Jewish" majority. Why can not a state benefit its citizens as they are? What is the point of a country that is intended for ideology and not for people? What chance is there for an idea like "two states for two peoples" and the same line of hysterical separation and isolation that has gained momentum since the 2000s? And why on earth should the State of Israel continue to join forces with the worst of Western countries and supply toxic fuel to global ideological struggles? Was this part of God's guidance? Did he speak of it when he was revealed to the great righteous among us?

For what ideological content do we struggle at all? Is it so important to emphasize our belonging to an ethnic group that can be writhed and praised, but on the other hand without much effort it can be shown that it is rather dubious? Is it worth sacrificing life for this purpose? And what is the significance of this belonging, does each descendant need to continue the different traditions of his forefathers? Is this principle so superior that it should control our lives and send us to fight?

There is no greater stupidity, in my opinion. And I think that Israelis do not really think that way naturally, but their thinking is covered with a layer of lies that has accumulated over the years. Small, poisonous particles of lies are emitted from the ideological shofars of the rabbis and generals and statesmen, and they rise in the climate of the heat and the spiritual drought we were blessed with, without being washed away. Little lies slowly drop from the air, covering logic with ideological dust that seals us forever.
