Abrahamism : A Celebration of Degeneracy

You can call him Ibrahim, you can call him Abraham, it depends on your native tongue but what were trying to say is that he's an important figure both in the antiquity if the Jewish race and the foundations if Islam, Christianity and Judaism. I still don't understand how he commands so much respect and reverence in all these religions because his character depicts a clear case of barbarism. Yes he's been seen as an outstanding character by billions of people. It is no doubt that the climax of the events surrounding this character was his strong convictions in his beliefs and willingness to do anything to prove it which reached an earthquaking peak in his resolve to murder his son.

Islam, Christianity and Judaism support thus irate behavior or human wickedness. This is someone who claims he's a wise man and a man of example, yet he attempted to murder his own son to prove the point of his own conviction. Is this character worthy of emulation? Or is it worthy to be applauded? Is this the base and foundation of many religions? Can we say his behavior is justified or this is just a pure case of human barbarism?

• Tell me the right thing in attempting to murder your son because someone or something or anything told you to do so in order to test your obedience.
• Show me the brave act in accepting murder your son?
• Can someone show me the good thing in the character if a man who sends his wife and sin away to waste in a desert land.

That many religions today have holiday celebrations for this figure that depicts savagery and degeneracy is so mind blowing that I can't get my head around it. What is to celebrate in this? This is sheer imbecility!

Now, the interesting thing there is that same thing is happening in the world today. Deanna Laney killed two of her sons by smashing their head on rocks just because God allegedly told her to do it to save then from the horror in hell... Fortunately, her last child survived.

We have thousands of such cases happening all over the world and it's all over the internet. You can call them anything, call them simpletons, call them psychopaths, call them anything you want, the fact is that the so much celebrated Abraham is no different from them but the sad thing is that people mad one a celebrated figure but referred to others who do the same as psycho.

These women above were arrested, the kids were taken away from them and they were out in a mental home, but they later served jail terms for the offence. Why don't we call them mother of faith but mad persons? Why? Why didn't we create a religion just to celebrate them too just like Abraham. So why are modern day humans who would never approve of such actions respect a character whose only achievement was trying to kill his son as act of strong conviction and some will even go as far as defending such barbarism.

Is this an action worthy of respect and emulation? Or is it a celebration of degeneracy? Be your own judge.
