Today I would like to look at James 4 verse 7 to 8
7)Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
8)Come near to God and He will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
We don't have to flee away from satan, we must just resist him, then he will flee away from us.
Jesus has already defeated satan, when He returns to this earth, satan will be destroyed for ever.
We need to come closer to Jesus Christ, by resisting satan, by living a clean life. We must repent our sins and subject our lives to God. When we come close to God, He will come close to us.
