Inspiration Today: Rest and Wait Patiently
Most times it's difficult to rest. The rest in our minds might be a struggle because of the intense desire to accomplish set goals at a short time. Pressures from family, friends and peers make us feel we are no more on the track of success and destiny fulfillment. It's more difficult to rest when you are the only one resting and obviously the only one seeing things in the progressive perspective.
It's more difficult to rest alone.
But today I brought you heavenly assurance of victory. Jesus might seem late in your case but He's always on time.
Psalms 37:7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
Remove your mind from those making it faster. Don't think you are failing just because you are not there yet: rest in the Lord and wait patiently. Just do the necessary things in your career, job, marriage or ministry. When your time comes you'll shine by default. Don't push with anxieties, impatient or envy of others achievements. Yours shall come as you keep trusting the giver.
Stay away from sin that you might not open the door to the devourer. Jesus is still on your matter and He'll make it good just in time.

Dear Father, thank you for assurance of victory and fulfillment. Please deliver us from the rush of this age and help us to rest and wait patiently while you make everything beautiful at it's time, in Jesus name. Amen.
