Every restaurant of Haidilao I have visited —and there are many, the floor plan is perfectly arranged to accommodate a whole lot of people They do a good job of hiding the fact the restaurant is full and that's probably some thing to do with giving people something to look forward to if they end up having to wait.

As you can see, most people are huddled into a tiny booth and all surround the main event which is the hot pot in the centre.
