Review of the series "Game of Thrones" (2011-2018). Announcement of the 8th season (2019)

I, like many fans of the series "Game of Thrones", look forward to the moment when it will be possible to see his final eighth season.

You will not believe, but for the first time with this, which has become a cult, the series I met only last year. I then wondered how I managed for so many years to pass it, despite the fact that his name was from my ears.

After watching the first series, I could not stop and watched all seven seasons, spending less than a month watching. Then I only have to wait for the new, the latest, as stated by the creators of the series, the season.

And, finally, I found a message on the Internet that on April 14, 2019 on the HBO channel the premiere of the 8th season will take place.

It consists of six series, lasting one and a half hours each. Each of which will be a separate story, but they will be linked, continuing each other in the systematic development of the plot.

Before I try to tell you about the supposed plot of the new season, I want to remember with you what happened in it earlier.

The first season premiered eight years ago, on April 17, 2011.

If the original series is filmed based on the book by George R. R. Martin's "a Song of Ice and fire" stories for the last two seasons were written in drafts of the final cycle of this work with its preliminary title "Dreams of spring".

Directors David Nutter, Alan Taylor, Alex Graves managed to create a great fantasy-adventure Thriller, a drama that captivates viewers with its fabulously fantastic development of events, replete with many storylines.

The events in the plot of this series unfold in the territory of the Seven kingdoms, for the right to possess the power of which are fierce and brutal war, not only those who have at least the slightest right to inherit the Iron throne, but also all sorts of crooks and crooks.

In the course are conspiracies, intrigue, betrayal, murder all sorts of pretenders to the throne, including even infants...

And few people know that at the same time all the peoples of the Kingdom, regardless of its kind, in danger of being destroyed without remainder, warriors the so-called White walkers led by the Prince of the Night.

Until the time of their invasion was kept a high Wall, guarded by a special detachment of soldiers - brothers of the Night's Watch.

But they were eventually drawn into the Palace intrigues and unnecessary war.

By the end of the seventh season, an army of white walkers came out of the Wall and ready to seize the southern lands...

She is opposed by the combined forces of Jon snow illegitimate son of Eddard stark, a former trusted Advisor to the king, who died as a result of insidious intrigue, and Princess Daenerys Targaryen - the mother of dragons.

By the way, the scene with the dragons is unmatched. Of course, the mind understands that all this is the result of computer graphics, but..., inevitably there is a feeling that you get into a beautiful fairy tale.

Actually, the series itself can be perceived as a fairy tale, beautiful and terrible at the same time. There is too much violence, blood, cruelty and debauchery in it, but at the same time there is a place of love, devotion, tenderness and warm, human feelings. There are beautiful scenery and great music.

The plot unfolds dynamically. Intrigue here is not just a place, it permeated the entire series. You can never guess which side will turn this or that action of the picture.

In the previous seven seasons was filmed many scenes of battles, but in the new season, its creators, in particular, actor Vladimir Furdik (King of Night), say that the third series of this season will be completely devoted to the battle for the castle of Winterfell, where will the main battle the white walkers with people. This scene was shot for two months! And only for the sake of these filming was rebuilt part of the castle.

On the Internet you can find a lot of conflicting information about what will be the final of this season. Even the Directors of the film said that several versions of its finale were shot. Time will tell which of them became final.

The plans of the authors of the series to create a few prequels, one of which - "The Long night" is already in production and will be the background to the main series. Presumably it will be released in 2020.

The name of the second prequel, too, already know It, "Empire of ashes" and the rest are still in question.
