Welcome, dear readers!

One of my favorite genres, in addition to fiction, is historical. I really like to watch movies and TV series on such topics, and the "white Princess" - this is the picture in which intricately intertwined and historical reality and fiction, which makes it undoubtedly very entertaining and interesting.

The world premiere of the mini-series, consisting of four series of 50 minutes each, created by American filmmakers in the genre of historical drama, took place on April 16, 2017.

It became available to Russian viewers the very next day, on April 17 of this year.

Also, it is freely available on any of the sites that offer services for free viewing of various videos online without registration.
I watched this series on one of them in excellent image and sound quality.

Also, if desired, it can be downloaded to your computer for free.

What will we see in the plot of this film?

First of all, it is worth noting that it is based on the events described in the novel of the same name by Philippa Gregory.

From high school history we know about the war of white and red roses, when the English throne fought two of the ruling clan of York and Tudor.

As a result, its power in the country seized Henry VII Tudor (son of Margaret Beaufort). In order to strengthen his power, stop the unrest and achieve peace, he was forced to marry Princess Elizabeth of York, the heir to the overthrown king.

The decision of the Council and his power-loving mother did not appeal to Henry, but under the pressure of circumstances he was forced to accept it.

Throughout the story, we can observe the struggle that continued to go on the sidelines of the Palace and outside it, about how the birth of the baby, the future heir to the throne, changed the worldview of not only his mother, but also the king, the birth of feelings between them...

Palace intrigues, conspiracies, riots, battles - all this is in the plot of the series.

And there is a hint that it should be continued, for no wonder there was at the end of the fourth series of the missing earlier young Prince, who managed to avoid the massacre.

This series starred Jody comer, Jacob Collins-levy, Chris Barnikoat, Rebecca Benson, mark Anthony Games, Michelle Fairlie, Essie Davis and other actors, perfectly coped with their roles.

In addition to the main, historical and dramatic line, a strong love line also developed here. There is even a place for mysticism and witchcraft - I must say, everything looked so fantastically real that for a moment it seemed to me that all this is really happening.

Filming of the series took place in the most picturesque corners of England and in the Palace halls.

The creators of the series were thought out all about the external decoration, furnishings, interior of those times. The same applies to the clothes in which the heroes of the series were dressed.

The series looks pretty easy. The plot develops dynamically and consistently. Special effects are not so much, but without them the picture is very spectacular. I liked it, looked with pleasure.

Enjoy the show.

See you soon!

With respect to you, @mrfantastis.
