m hm ... disclaimers ? i don't think i need to justify what i give away, why i do it and how i do it is my way. First its chosen from the top voters at the time of reaching point 10x, randomly , then if none are left from a follower, randomly, bots and stale accounts, re-steem only accounts are excluded because that would be wasted, thats just how the system works, i dont look at content but @steembasicincome might, i doubt they're very harsh though. Every first of the month its reset so top voters who already have a share can get another one, but its still random, its not based on how much how many how heavy but if the people who support me most have more chance that way i really dont see a problem there either, the only problem i can think of is , if i remember correctly, @josephsavage told me theres a hard top of 700 shares per account so if i ( 
) get there by next month i'll have a problem giving out more with this account

AH WAIT NO, due to the nature of competitive psychopaths i feel the need to disclaim one thing, which i did somewhere else earlier today too : i have no intention of now or ever going for steem witness, not even when i have a public server up and running tweaked with my own script, not even then. if i get past the top 10 in one month, the next goes to one random person in all of following, after which i continue the count from voters 11-20 ... i gotta have some kind of anti-nepo thing, right ? As i saw this time an account with only re-steems i'm afraid i had to skip that one too as sbi votes not on re-steems but on own initiatives, which i think is fairly understandable within the limits of the system but which is not for me to say wether that will stay so or not. Considering the way shares are divided i assume it will not go for re-steems any time in the near future anyway (people who re-steem 10or20+ a day would get negligible share on each votes, which is a waste for all involved who create content, which i think was the main idea, but questions should be directed to the [discord channel](https://discord.gg/fpSnkFM) or asked in comments @steembasicincome, they will reply but it might take anything from hours to few days ... people have lives too :p (the [FAQ](https://steemit.com/steembasicincome/@steembasicincome/steem-basic-income-frequently-asked-questions) btw)

it's easy to be magnanimous and enlightened when you're pockets are ALREADY FATplease mind:as i understood when they explained @steembasicincome after i asked(very helpful people) one share will get you a base payout for ONE post per week, two for two etc, AT THE MOMENT, IN ITS BABYSTEPS, they're clearly not billionaires or it would be fatter. So if you spread that over more it will be 'dust' to be gathered and a little rep but it will not payout for every post that wasnt already past the treshold. Steemit doesnt come with a manual after all, fyi.
