Today I finished my work early in order to adjust my working hours. So I ran in this afternoon, when the sunlight was still very strong. The weather forecast said it was going to be cloudy today. But even though there were some clouds in the sky, they didn’t block the sunlight at all. The direct sunlight beat down to me without mercy.
今日は勤務時間の調節のため早めに仕事を終わったので、まだ日差しの強い午後に走りました。天気予報では今日は曇りだと言っていましたが、たしかに空に雲はあるものの、全く太陽を遮ってくれません。容赦なく直射日光に照り付けられました。

Today’s running distance was shorter than that of yesterday, but today I sweated much more than yesterday. In spite of slowish pace, the workout was a little hard because of heat. But I didn’t feel so painful. I guess that I am becoming in better shape than that of a certain time.
今日のランニング距離は昨日より短かったのですが、昨日よりはるかに多く汗をかきました。遅めのペースにもかかわらず、暑さのため少しきついワークアウトでしたが、ただ、それほど苦しくはありませんでした。一時期よりは調子がよくなってきつつあるように思います。
