Running in the first month of Spring?

This past weekend we had the most lovely weather: fresh powder snow and sun. I went exploring some small trails as you can see in the picture. So far 2019 has been the year of plantar fasciitis and rehab but now I’m gradually moving towards longer runs and prehab. Hope to enjoy more snow running before spring sets in.
