I've moved to Hive, along with most other people, following Justin Sun's takeover of Steem in the Spring of 2020. I believe hive is a lot more decentralised than Steem!
Interesting about work/stress affecting your sleep. Was it because it was three days in a row, or does that happen the night before/after working even if they are spread out?
That's just teaching, you never sleep properly.
Actually I was OK on the Thursday/ Friday, but I never caught up on the four hours I got on the Tuesday, partly caused by going to be late and having to be up at 4.30 to get an early train.

Sucks those days that you have a great workout that just get destroyed by bad food decisions! Used to happen to me too often and I paid the price until I was able to adjust and realize how bad it was doing for my efforts.
