I've moved to Hive, along with most other people, following Justin Sun's takeover of Steem in the Spring of 2020. I believe hive is a lot more decentralised than Steem!
Great runs! I just had my first back to back 5k day in a while as I will not be able to run at all this week because of business travel! Feeling good though as some rest could come in well for my hamstring which has been sore.

I take days off for work - just got to look at is an opportunity to rest up.
Defo rest a sore hamstring, you don't want to injure one of those, that can you put you out for months. I've been there!
