Today is a special day for all those women out there who have had the chance to taste the joys of motherhood. To all the mothers of this world:

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

It is said that being a woman is hard. If this is right, then being a mother is even harder. Physically and emotionally, motherhood is not an easy role. Growing older we all can understand better how precious are mothers are and how much they have struggled to bring us in this life, raise us and help us become the people we are today.

This day is dedicated to the warriors who bled, lost their sleep (and in some cases even their lives) for their children. The women who dedicated themselves to their kids and family. The women who raised and keep raising the generations of tomorrow.

And because we can't consider a mother only a woman who gives birth to a child, don't forget all these women who stood up and took care of their grandchildren, nieces and nephews, friends' children or even some strangers' kids. This day belongs to these women too, as they became mothers for the children who lost one and the children who never had one.

Do you have any sweet childhood memories with your mum that you'd like to share here?

I'm all ears!

My little "beast" with her mother moments before we took her away and brought her to our house - this picture always reminds me how mixed my feelings were at the time, I didn't want to separate Hera and her mother and siblings, but I didn't want to let her grow as a stray in the fields either...

Have a great new week ahead!

I'm sorry for taking her away from you, but I promise I'll take good care of her!

Thank you so much for your time!

Until my next post,
Steem on and keep smiling, people!

That's what you did. Look at the poor mother, her muddy fur. You saved that young one. All children have to grow up, and away eventually. Happy Mother's Day to you :)

Σε φαντάζομαι όταν τα παιδιά σου σου φέρνουν δώρο... Θα πρέπει να έχει επάνω το δώρο τουλάχιστον δυο-τρεις δηλητηριώδης αράχνες... :P

@ruth-girl, Mother is creator and no matter what she always stand in every possible ways for their family and most importantly they manage almost everything and in my opinion their patience levels are unmeasurable. Stay blessed.
