How Kenyans Reacted to the new "MAFI" Telecommunication Company

In the recent past, Kenyans have been using three different reputable service providers, Telkom Kenya, Safaricom, and Airtel ( excluding Yu that was shut down a few years ago). The aforementioned companies offer the best services including affordable internet, calls, and messaging.

Nonetheless, a new telecommunication company, "MAFi" has announced its interest in the country. The company's goal is to beat the already established companies by offering advanced telecommunication to the vast Kenyan market.

Unfortunately, Kenyans ( ever crazy) had different reactions especially about the new companies brand name, 'Mafi'. In Swahili language and with a Kenyan dialect, the word can be loosely translated to 'Feces'.
