Well without a single doubt salad is a great idea with lunch or dinner but most of the time I prefer it in lunch, I don't know if it's in your knowledge or not that if you eat onion in lunch it enhances your man power, and if you eat onion in night reduces the same thing, I used to eat salad in lunch mostly ❤️
