India Pale Ale Salami and The SECRET bite!!
It's beer. It's Salami!
Who doesn't love snacking! I do love snacks and when it comes to the perfect bite that I have never thought of before, I think it's worth sharing!
The following day of my birthday, we went shopping for all things we need and not need. Yeah, the rule was just 'Choose whatever you want, it's your birthday (still? :D)'
We're strolling around and grab whatever looked good. One very interesting thing caught our attention.
India Pale Ale Salami
Like, you know salami and yes you know India Pale Ale beer. Together combined? Wait a minute..
Here's the ingredients :
Pork, salt, sugar, maltodextrin, modified food starch, pale ale beer, spices, natural flavours (beer and hops), lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.
Interesting huh? Columbus know how to get us, like, seriously. We grabbed one! It smells just like beer!! It's taste too. It's more like, sour meaty beer :D I can't say that I love it but to be honest, it's not bad at all.
What a snack combination!
This India Pale Ale Salami combined with some other random stuffs we have in the fridge, here's the combination I'm proud to present and recommend you all try! It's (kinda) simply delicious!
Guacamole chips, salami, goat cheese, jalapenoes
All the different flavours and textures combine in a bite. Totally just became my fav! Of course, it doesn't have to be the exact same ingredients like mentioned. Doritos would sure work and cow cheese would be just as delicious.
