Satoshi Nakamoto Alive and Presenting New Project!
About two weeks ago there was a story regarding to a upcoming work to be presented by
someone who is claiming to be Satoshi himself/herself. See for yourself: Link to nakamotofamilyfoundation
This is somewhat of a surprise after all if he or she has been around all this time how come it would take them these many years to reappear? With so many crypto projects I would think that Satoshi would have had his hands on working on some of these projects. Someone who is so creative and forward thinking would definitely have the willingness to make further progress.
The website is brand spanking new considering when supposedly Satoshi himself wrote the new post.
So do any of you believe in this new update is really from Satoshi himself? Or it is just
some sort of publicity stunt to garner more attention. I personally believe it is to get
more attention to this upcoming book that some are trying to impersonate Satoshi himself.
I read the paper and although a lot of the information seems to be accurate the points made seem to be coming from a third person rather than first person as the document, daulty.pdf was written in. I admit the writer of the document is thoughtful as he mentions many contributors to bitcoin and their efforts in making what bitcoin is today. However small but yet important details were left out that specific individuals he named out in the paper mentioned that makes people to second guess. Like if he knew Hal Finney was a big supporter then why not give him the code access rather than Gavin Anderson. Furthermore although the paper mentioned he "gave" the code to Anderson he did not mention that Anderson did not want to continue with the work and actually gave it to others.
Honestly if this was the real Satoshi I do not think he would be writing a book and then trying to sell it for a profit. Rather he would have written the book and posted it in its entirety to all for free. I mean think about it. A person that created what could likely be the most used currency on the planet for many years to come is historical. This is a revolutionary change and if Satoshi is as modest as the way he writes in then why hide the details any longer or to make profit off of them?
