The word of God. It's not a mere talk. He is a person
Good evening precious saints in Jesus name!
Its been a quite busy day however I am glad God is faithful. This is quite long but please you will be so blessed.
WHAT DO YOU USE THE WORD OF GOD FOR?
2Tim.3.16 - 17, "All Scripture is breathed out (given inspiration) by God and profitable for teaching (Doctrine), for reproof, for correction, ,and for training (instruction) righteousness, That the man of God may be competent (perfect), equipped (thoroughly furnished), for every good work."
A few days back, the Spirit Of The Lord asked me a question that left me thinking and speechless. He said, What Do You Use My Word For?
Before this, I thought I knew the Word And That I Am Growing In The Word That I Am Born Of. Little did I Know that, Knowing the Word is not all that there is to do with the Word Of God!
The Word Of God is not a mere fancy talk but it is a Life. It is a Person! (Hebrew 11:6, ... He is and that He is a rewarder ...). The bible tells us, The kingdom Of God Isn't in Heaven but in Our amidst (Luke 17:20-21). And secondly, The Kingdom does not consist in talk but in Power (1Cori 4:20).
God sent his word to Build Us Up (Jude 1:20, Acts 20:32); to make us Wise (to instruct us and give us Understanding) for salvation (2Tim 3:15), to Clean Us Up (John 15:3); and to Heal & Deliver Us Of All Our Destructions (Psalm 107:20). However, all these is possible only when we and the Word become one. When the Word becomes more than words to us.
1Corinthians 6:17, "Whoever Is Joined To The Lord Is One Spirit."
The Word must become one with us, real to us than anything else. The Word must become a person, alive and a life to you.
The Word Of God Is A Person, So Is Faith! (John 1:14, Hebrews 11:6). And the just walk by faith. God has not given us his Word to increase on our knowledge (information) but to Transform our lives. Jesus the Word Of God become flesh came to demonstrate to us the Power of functioning in the Word.
The Word Of God Is The Sword Of The Spirit (Eph 6:17). Great Men And Women are made by Words. The Word is not just Words, It Is Word Of God That Created Heaven And Earth. It is what holds Heaven and the World in place. RULE YOUR WORLD THROUGH THE WORD!
YOUR RESPONSE TO THE WORD OF GOD ACTIVATES THE POWER OF GOD (Ephesus 6:17, Luke 1:38)
